Further Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Also included in this latest photograph disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a legend labelling distinct areas of the property.

Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the continuing congressional process.
